Mark Tercek is the former CEO of The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Prior to his work at TNC, he was a partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs for 24 years. He is the author of the Washington Post bestselling book - Nature’s Fortune: How Business and Society Thrive by Investing in Nature. Mark advises corporations, investment funds and NGOs on ambitious environmental strategies that make business sense. He also serves as a board member, investor and advisor to startups focused on environmental problem solving. Mark publishes a newsletter ("The Instigator") available on Substack.
